• Chart images uploaded for analysis may be retained securely for future AI training and accuracy improvement unless you request deletion.
• If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, Cloudflare, etc.). By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

OmegaFlow is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that a minor has submitted information, we will delete it immediately.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top.

If any material changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a Do Not Track signal to websites and other online services you visit. We do not alter our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from a visitor's browser because we do not track our visitors to provide targeted advertising.

We currently do not share Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, as contemplated by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, without your consent. A Note to Nevada Residents

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Information to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Information. You can exercise this right by contacting us at info@omegaflow.ai with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request" and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your Personal Information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
